RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility & Timelines

  • Return or Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • We offer 1 free return or exchange per order.
  • Products purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request for Return/Exchange?

  • Mention the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange in the mail.
  • Upload images in case of any defects/damages.
  • Our team will schedule a pickup for orders within India.
  • Once your item passes a quick quality check, we’ll issue a Store Credit or ship the exchange piece.
  • Note: Please make sure the product is unworn, unused, and all tags are intact.

What If My Product Is Damaged or Missing?

  • Report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at teamnarzara@gmail.com with pictures and details, it will be easier for us if you mention the order ID-defect in piece in the subject line of the mail.
  • We'll offer you a replacement, store credit, or a full refund – depending on the situation.

Store Credit Details

  • Store Credit will be shared within 24 hours after pickup.
  • It will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  • Credit value will include the price of returned items (excluding shipping).
  • If you self-ship due to non-serviceable pin codes, we’ll add ₹150 as credit for your shipping costs.

Refunds

  • We offer refunds only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method in 7–14 working days.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it’s shipped.
  • If cancelled after dispatch, ₹180 will be deducted as return shipping fee.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has left our warehouse.
