Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation on your WhatsApp and email with all the details.

 2.⁠ ⁠I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
Yes! You can request a size change before the order is shipped. Just drop us an email or WhatsApp message with your order number.

 3.⁠ ⁠How long will it take to ship my order?
We usually dispatch within 5-7 working days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

 4.⁠ ⁠Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible — but you can explore our return policy if needed.

 

SIZING & FIT

 5.⁠ ⁠I'm between two sizes. What should I do?
We recommend checking our size guide for exact measurements. If you’re still unsure, feel free to DM or email us — we’re happy to help you pick the perfect fit.

 6.⁠ ⁠Do your clothes have stretch?
Some of our designs include adjustable elements like back laces, drawstrings, or elastic panels for ease — but most pieces are made from 100% cotton with minimal stretch.

 7.⁠ ⁠Will the fabric shrink after wash?
Our pieces are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage, but since they’re made of pure cotton, a minor shrink of 3–5% is natural.

 8.⁠ ⁠How should I wash and care for my clothes?
We recommend gentle hand wash or machine wash on delicate. Avoid direct sunlight for drying to preserve the colors longer.

9.⁠ ⁠Why does the same print look different on two pieces?
Each piece is made in small batches by artisans — no mass machines involved. Slight variations in print placement or color are a mark of the handmade process.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

10.⁠ ⁠How do I place a return or exchange request?
Just email us or fill out the return form on our website within 7 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through it.

11.⁠ ⁠How long does a return take to process?
Once we receive the returned item and it passes quality check, your Store Credit or exchange will be processed within 4–7 working days.

12.⁠ ⁠I received a damaged/wrong item. What should I do?
So sorry! Please reach out to us immediately with pictures — we’ll sort it on priority.
