1. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation on your WhatsApp and email with all the details.
2. I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
Yes! You can request a size change before the order is shipped. Just drop us an email or WhatsApp message with your order number.
3. How long will it take to ship my order?
We usually dispatch within 5-7 working days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
4. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible — but you can explore our return policy if needed.

5. I'm between two sizes. What should I do?
We recommend checking our size guide for exact measurements. If you’re still unsure, feel free to DM or email us — we’re happy to help you pick the perfect fit.
6. Do your clothes have stretch?
Some of our designs include adjustable elements like back laces, drawstrings, or elastic panels for ease — but most pieces are made from 100% cotton with minimal stretch.

7. Will the fabric shrink after wash?
Our pieces are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage, but since they’re made of pure cotton, a minor shrink of 3–5% is natural.
8. How should I wash and care for my clothes?
We recommend gentle hand wash or machine wash on delicate. Avoid direct sunlight for drying to preserve the colors longer.
9. Why does the same print look different on two pieces?
Each piece is made in small batches by artisans — no mass machines involved. Slight variations in print placement or color are a mark of the handmade process.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
10. How do I place a return or exchange request?
Just email us or fill out the return form on our website within 7 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through it.
11. How long does a return take to process?
Once we receive the returned item and it passes quality check, your Store Credit or exchange will be processed within 4–7 working days.
12. I received a damaged/wrong item. What should I do?
So sorry! Please reach out to us immediately with pictures — we’ll sort it on priority.
